Ross Taylor

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

 

Ross commenced with Tenix as CEO in April 2009.

Ross has spent his career in the Real Estate, Construction and Engineering sectors both in Australia and Internationally. His immediate role before joining Tenix was COO of Lend Lease.

Ross is based in Sydney. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering.


Ray Church

Chief Financial Officer

 

Ray joined Tenix as Chief Financial Officer in November 2009. 

He has extensive experience in financial, commercial, planning and M&A leadership roles in the international oil and gas, mining and infrastructure sectors.  Immediately prior to joining Tenix, Ray performed CFO roles in the Netherlands and China.  His career has also involved living and working in Australia, USA, Papua New Guinea, Kazakhstan and Russia for prominent multi-national companies including Chevron Corporation and Leighton Holdings.

Ray is based in Sydney.  He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Chartered Accountant.

 

 

Brad Griffiths

Group General Manager, Human Resources

 

Brad Griffiths joined Tenix in April 2008.

He has more than twenty years of experience in HR management in Australian organisations including Unilever, AGL, Promina and QBE.

Brad has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a postgraduate diploma in labour law and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He serves on the Board of UnitingCare Ageing Sydney Region. Brad is based in Sydney.

 

Jayne Whitney

Group General Manager, Corporate Affairs

 

Jayne joined Tenix in June 2007.

Prior to Tenix, Jayne was General Manager of Business Development for Agility Management and Alinta Asset Management (now Jemena). Jayne has also held Marketing roles overseas, working in the United Kingdom, Europe, United States and South East Asia.

Jayne completed a Masters in Business Administration in the leading Warwick Business School, Warwick University and a Bachelors Degree in Economics, graduating with first class honours from the University of Wales. Jayne is based in Sydney.

 

Peter Horvath

Group General Manager, Safety Quality and Environment

 

Peter joined Tenix in 2001.

Previous to this role, Peter was National Operations Manager for the Water business and has held various senior operational roles. Prior to joining Tenix Alliance, Peter was Manager of Water and Drainage Construction at Enetech.

Based in Melbourne, Peter has a Bachelor of Engineering, Honours (Mechanical) degree from Monash University and is a Corporate Member of the Institute of Engineers, Australia.

 

Vince Di Stefano

Executive General Manager,  Infrastructure

 

Vince joined Tenix in 1998.

He has held multiple senior roles within Tenix including General Manager of Finance for Tenix Defence, General Manager of Major Alliances. Vince's 28 years in construction management began at Transfield in 1980. He also held key roles in the Sydney Harbour Tunnel, Ski Tube, and the New Southern Railway Link.
Vince is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Newcastle University. Vince is based in Sydney.

 

Jacob Bonisch

Executive General Manager, New Zealand and Pacific Islands 

Jacob joined Tenix in 2003.

He has held a number of key roles within Tenix and Deloitte.

Jacob is based in Melbourne, has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queensland University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Jacob is based in Melbourne.


 

Graeme Hastie

Executive General Manager, Consulting  

Graeme joined Tenix in 2009.

He held senior positions in Built Holdings, Volunteering NSW, and Lend Lease both in Australia and internationally.

Graeme has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree from the University of Technology Sydney. He is based in Sydney.


 

Rebecca Power

Chief Executive Officer, Tenix Solutions

 

Rebecca joined Tenix in 2007.

She was appointed as CEO in July 2009. Prior to her appointment, Rebecca played a key role as General Manager, Operations for Tenix Solutions since 2007.

Rebecca served 17 years with Ericsson Australia during which she held numerous senior roles including Plant Manager, General Manager Service Operation and HR Director.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering. Rebecca is based in Melbourne.
